The other woman took her up back and finally I got into the room and the first woman who greeted me was the one who stuck me. The first woman then said Im not sticking her. I said to her you werent here you do not speak on the subject you say out of this conversation. Then another woman came in from the back and she started in. She continue to ask why did you knock at the door? We have alarms I know when to open the door I dont need you to knock. Finally I had enough and I said, who the f are you talking to? There were others that had been there longer than me as well. I am all about rules and policies but to have her wait all morning to be turned away was disgusting. There was one woman that had been there for 4 hours as a walk in. A woman expressed that she was only there for urine drop off so they took her in. He said to make sure to make an appointment but we will not be seen today. At about ****, a gentleman walks out to tell us that those that are walkin will have to come back as they are closing. There were 6 people in the waiting room when I got there. I arrived 20 minutes late and signed in as a walk in.
